Emily Carr Townhome
Repeat clients purchased this 1980’s stucco townhouse, with original trim, flooring, kitchen and bath. The renovation included:
Structural changes to open up and expand the kitchen including relocating the pantry and widening the kitchen entrance. The kitchen was redesigned with new cabinets, quartz countertops, appliances, plumbing and light fixtures;
The ensuite bath layout was reconfigured to increase openness with new plumbing, cabinets, quartz countertops, tile, accessories and fixtures – and a heated floor!
The fireplace was rebuilt with new cabinetry, tile, and conversion to gas. A new ductless heatpump was added for high efficiency air conditioning and heating.
Updated LED lighting on main; and new floor, paint, trim and closet reconfiguration throughout.
Bob updated this Metchosin farmhouse kitchen in 2016 with new cabinetry, granite countertops, lighting, trim and paint, and a heated ceramic floor. A small window was replaced with a much larger one to let in more sunlight.
